RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to be 100% pleased with your purchases from Tiger Torch Ltd. If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the product to us within 30 days of purchase for an exchange, credit or refund. 
Customers are responsible for costs associated with return shipping and restocking of non-defective items to our warehouse.

The product must be returned in the original box with all related material including the manual and packaging; if not, then there will be a reduction on the amount Tiger Torch Ltd. refunds to the customer. After we receive the product we will review and inspect the product to see if it is undamaged and in good condition and will assess the refund amount in full or in part at the sole discretion of Tiger Torch Ltd. In cases where the unit is damaged or heavily used, Tiger Torch Ltd. reserves the right to return the product to the buyer at the buyer's cost or issue a partial refund or credit at the sole discretion of Tiger Torch Ltd.  Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.

Before returning any product you must contact Tiger Torch Ltd. at online@tigertorchltd.com or 1-403-652-4933 and obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number from Tiger Torch Ltd. Customer Service. All returned products must have an RMA number with the return packaging to qualify for an exchange, credit or refund.  Please have the following information available before contacting us for a return: the product name and model, your order number, the name of the person who purchased the product and the address the product was delivered to.

CANCELLED ORDERS:

Yes, you may cancel for a full refund if you cancel the order before it ships. If you cancel your order after it ships, your order is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
